Refund and Return Policy for Giftohom

At Giftohom, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process. Please read the following policy carefully.

1. Return or Replacement for Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a return or replacement. Here’s how the process works:

  • You must request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery.
  • To initiate the process, please provide an image of the product and its defects through the Orders section on our website.
  • Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you through the return or replacement process.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  • Log into your account on Giftohom.
  • Navigate to the Orders section.
  • Find the order you want to return or replace, and upload images of the defective product.
  • Submit your request. Our team will review it and respond with further instructions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that customized products, such as custom name bracelets, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery. Once the customization process has begun, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for products that are returned in accordance with our return policy.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within [12] business days and credited back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • In the case of damaged or defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.
